The center of our distance learning program is to maintain a commitment to teach the curriculum in a fluid manner that allows students and parents to be involved. While we understand that distance learning cannot replace in-person learning experiences, as a school, we have created a hybrid, synchronous environment that includes our remote learners in our innovative and creative activities. Our distance learning program is focused on having both on and off screen activities geared towards growing our students’ academic and social needs. The platform that the school has been utilizing is Google Suite (G Suite).
Although we understand that there are multiple platforms, the teachers, parents, and students have found that communicating via Google Suite has been effective. Teachers and students have also been able to coordinate and complete assignments with ease.
